-> Drive used for TickleX: Enter the letter designation (C,D, etc.) of the
disk containing the TickleX program.
-> Initials: Enter the initials of each department (or emplyee) for whom
Appointments, Deadlines, etc., will be stored by TickleX. A department is
an individual, employee, office, or unit that you want TickleX to track.
-> Printer Lines per Page: Enter the number of lines your printer is set to
print on each sheet of paper. If your're unsure, just press RET to keep
the default setting (66). If you're using a laser printer, enter "LASER".
-> Faster Alternate Interface: To make or edit an appointment or deadline in
TickleX, you are normally taken through a series of prompts, such as date,
time, etc. This sequence may be shortened by a step or two if you want
TickleX to make a couple of assumptions for you. To give TickleX it's al-
ternate short-sequence interface, you should mark this item "YES".
-> 24-hour Time, etc: If this item is answered "YES", TickleX will use 24-
hour (instead of 12-hour) time. TickleX will also use the DD/MM/YY date
format (instead of MM/DD/YY).
-> Colors: Choose TickleX's main, secondary and background colors by pressing
"M", "S", amd "B". Press these keys until the colors you want appear.
-> Notes: Do you want to be prompted for extra notes when you enter an event?
-> Priorities: Should TickleX ask for the priority each deadline you enter?
-> Alarms: Should TickleX prompt you for an alarm time whenever you enter a
future date's event that includes a beginning time? If you don't plan to
use B-Beep or MOE for pop-up alarms, answer "NO".
